Applications and proposals for sponsored projects are typically submitted electronically; however some sponsors still request paper applications. Please contact OSP for assistance, especially with electronic applications.

Regardless of the submission mechanism,  OSP asks that our service guidelines be followed so we can provide our customers with the best quality support and ensure that your application is compliant with solicitation requirements as well as SU policies and procedures.

Common difficulities with the application process can be avoided by:

• Reading the solication / application instructions carefully;

• Using the OSP budget template; and

• Completing the entire application at least one week before its do so you can provide it to OSP three business days before the deadline.
